1. Regular maintenance and maintenance operations, such as cleaning, lubrication and refueling, shall be carried out for the items specified in the maintenance regulations.

2. Before starting the mixer, check whether the controllers are in good condition first. After stopping work, pour water and stones into the mixing cylinder for 10-15 minutes for cleaning, and then wash out the water and stones. If the operator needs to enter the mixing cylinder for cleaning, in addition to cutting off the power supply and removing the fuse, and must lock the switch box.

3. It is forbidden to use sledgehammer to clean the concrete accumulated in the concrete mixer barrel, only use chisel to clean.

4. In the cold season, water should be used to clean the drum of the mixer and drain the water in the water pump, water tank and water pipe after the work is finished, so as to avoid freezing damage of the water pump, water tank and water pipe.

Do not only pay attention to the maintenance of the mixer and the wear-resistant parts of the mixer, but ignore the cleaning process, otherwise over a long period of time will cause great side effects on all aspects of the mixer.
